The difference between the 200Ah battery and the 200plus is that the BMS boards are different.
Our 200Ah battery build-in 100A BMS, and the 200Ah plus battery build-in 200A BMS. Our battery do not recommend 6 series connection. And the withstand voltage value of our protection board is 80V, which supports max. 4 batteries in series connection.
If your system voltage is too high, it may burn out the BMS after series connection.
If you connect 4*200Ah plus batteries in series, you'll have a 48V 200Ah battery system, supporting max. 10240W load power and max. 200A continuous charge/discharge current. The system will be able to support your application.
Since lithium battery from different capacity has their difference BMS.
The 12V 200Ah battery build-in 100A BMS,and 12V 200Ah plus battery build-in 200A BMS.
We do not suggest you to combine batteries from different capacity together as a system,so you can not connect 200Ah and 200Ah plus in series or parallel.
Our 12V 200Ah plus battery with built-in 100A BMS has 2560Wh energy, and supports max. 2560W load power and max. 200A continuous charge/discharge current.
We recommend that you could check how much battery capacity could run your boat.
We suugest Long-term storage of battery best way:
Temperature
The battery can be operated in temperaturn of -20℃ to 35℃ is ideal for long-term storage. Store in a fireproof container and aeay from children.
Capacity
For a longer-lasting product, it is best to store your battery at 50% charge level and recharge every three months if it is not going to be used for a long period of time
If you’re connecting the 4*12V 50Ah batteries in parallel, and the 12V (12.8V) 200Ah battery would be able to support max. 2560W load power and max. 200A continuous charge/discharge current.
If you need a 12V200Ah battery system, we recommend that you buy a 12V200Ah battery directly, which is more convenient than connecting 4*50Ah batteries to your system and it could saves extra accessories, and you don't need to equalize the voltage, meanwhile you don't have to worry about a voltage difference in the battery and affect the performance of the battery.
Each of 12V 200Ah plus battery built-in 200A BMS, it could supports max. 2560W load power and max. 200A continuous charge/discharge current. And you could kindly help check whether the batteries could support your inverter.
The MOS components of the BMS have a voltage withstand value of 80V. 12.8V*4 (in series) = 51.2V, charging voltage of 51.2V battery is 53.25-54.75V, but also a little bit of reserve, we set the limitation of 4 batteries (in paralle/ in series) in case it's too close to the upper limit. The MOS will burn out if the 80V withstand voltage value is exceeded.
While if you connect more than 4 batteries in parallel, it might increase the risk of battery backflow and burn out th BMS board.
Our battery supports up to 4 identical batteries for up to:
48V 200Ah battery system (in series)
12V 800Ah battery system (in parallel)
So we recommend that no more than four series/four parallel batteries are connected.
